SUSTAINABILITY

Our in-house factory reuse waste heat from firing kilns to dry ceramic products, supporting energy efficiency and sustainable manufacturing practices.

In addition, we strive constantly to reduce defect rate and minimize industrial waste by touch-up work on items with pinholes (small indentations in the glaze caused by air or organic materials) and improve overall product quality.

1999	Established KAGYOKU Ltd. Start business; primarily ceramic products
2004	Reorganized into KAGYOKU Co., Ltd. : Increase capital to 10 million yen
2010	Launched coffee brand “POTIER COFFEE”
2011	Open Ishikawacho branch of "POTIER COFFEE," sells in-house roasted coffee beans as well.
2013	Open Shin-Yokohama branch of "POTIER COFFEE," sells in-house roasted coffee beans as well.
2014	Increase capital to 50 million yen
2016	Launched the technological / environmental material business; development and sales of “TETSUGURO COAT” and other products.
2019	Obtained patent for ”TETSUGURO COAT"
